Family life is beautiful — and it can be hard. At Family Alpha, we believe that families thrive when they're held by community. This is a warm, welcoming space for parents with young children to explore faith together, ask the big questions, and find a family of families to walk alongside you.

Food and activities for the whole family - free! Just bring yourself.
We welcome parents, caregivers and children of all ages.
DBS checked volunteers are at each session to help engage and look after the children.
We will share a light early evening meal at each session (allergies and food requirements will be discussed at intake)
What is Family Alpha?
Family Alpha is more than a course. It's a space that gives your whole family a chance to be together with others — to learn, to question, and to belong.
We welcome families at every stage of their walk with faith. Whether you're already exploring, or you're not quite sure yet and have questions, there is a place for you here.
By the end of each cohort, you will have:
A deeper understanding of the Christian faith
Met a community of families who can support one another on the journey ahead
Experienced a Holy Spirit-led day together
Received the teachings of the Word of Jesus
No expectations. Come as you are. Bring your whole family. Bring all of your questions.

A place to gather, grow, and connect!
Family Alpha will take place at St Peter’s Church campus.
It is conveniently located on Church Road in the centre of Ruddington.
Parking is in The Hermitage car park on Wilford Road, where you can walk through from the back of the church to the front. Alternatively park on the road at the front of church. We have a wheelchair and pushchair-friendly access ramp.
