Regular services
Our weekly Sunday service of worship is a time of coming together in a 'half time team talk' to equip and sustain us to take the love of Jesus out into our community and beyond.
We have a lively worship band, as well as an excellent organ, practical and relevant teaching from a variety of voices and prayer, all underpinned by seeking to come closer to God as He comes close to us through our worship and culminating in sharing the family meal in Holy Communion.
All are welcome and will be welcomed; young, old, new to faith, not sure, been away a while, been away a long while or here every week. Or just come and join us for fresh coffee and cake after the service and see what it might be like to come to church on a Sunday.

Drinks and cake available before and after the service. We have been known to hold this service outside on the rear lawn, followed by a picnic for the hardier members.
Children's Activities on Sunday:
There are organised children’s activities provided by St Peter’s Church on most Sundays (term time only) from 11:00 - 11:45am. Generally the age group catered for is KS1, KS2 and KS3. Younger children need a parent with them.
We also have a creche for our youngest children in the Church foyer.
If your child would like to join, please see a steward or group leader Lyn Smith at the start of the service.
Thursdays
Holy Communion - 10:00am - A communion service with established liturgy and hymns.
Alternate Thursdays - 11:00am - Framework Church - An informal service in the Framework Knitters Museum chapel: refreshments then worship, informal prayer, testimony, bible reading. For dates contact Jane Robins.
